This is to ensure maximum production and streamlined work flow. He is the dreamer, visionary, and pusher of MT.
IAN PETERMAN // Tech Wizard
Local yocal! On the outside Ian looks like a quite family man, nice house, kids, picket fence. But the real Ian is a Tech Wizard. A genius with a mouse in his hand and screen in his face. His brain calculates faster then most computers (dont ask for proof). He is a voice of reason, understanding, and calculation for MT.
KEN TROX // Design Guru
Jack of all trades master of awesomeness. Ken comes from a design world long ago when people talked to each other face to face. He bolsters years in the industry and designs beautiful creations that really are gorgeous to look at. He is the mentor, creator, and steward of MT.
PETER ADELS // Marketing Monster
You know those stories of Billie the Kid, what they didn't tell you was he fell into ice, was frozen for 100 years, then thawed out in 2012. They also failed to mention his passion and ability to create content and manipulate design programs, some say he's the fastest in the North West. He is the personality, congeaniality, and future of MT.

Founded by a group of designers in 2014, we provide cutting edge design, prototyping and ideation to product development and brand design, so they can be brought to life from how they were envisioned.
